Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of some new Mannich base derivatives

چکیده
A series of new mannich base derivatives 4-(furan-2-yl(2-(furan-2-yl methylene)hydrazinyl)methyl)morpholine(1-6) were synthesized and synthesized compounds (16) were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Mass spectral, mass spectral fragmentation and elemental analysis. Synthesized compounds (1-6) were screened for antimicrobial activity. Structural activity relationship has been discussed in this paper.
